Need Improvement

Some tiles we received were broken. They offered to replace them without extra delivery charges but had to pay for new tiles.

Good Quality

If you are happy with your tiles having natural marks, these are a good fit for you. As the stone is directly quarried, it has interesting markings which is not a deal breaker for me. But might be for some.
