You can only request a full refund online for orders that have not yet shipped. Returns Policy We will endeavour to process the return within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
The product must be returned to The Stone Flooring with the receipt as proof of purchase, and a refund will be made to the original payment method.
Third-party charges borne by the customer, such as shipping or credit card fees, are non-refundable and therefore not included in the refund. Collection costs, refund transaction costs, restocking fees, and other expenses incurred by the company in the process of refund will also be deducted from the total refund amount.
