product is quite nice

The delivery driver wasn’t equipped to move the tiles inside my property, so I had to arrange for that myself. This should be part of the delivery. The product is quite nice though.

Poor quality product

I received tiles of different thicknesses, and some had cracked in transit. I had to spend almost the entire order back and wait for the replacements to be delivered.
